The MK-Omnia Studio Edition combines the trusted structural design of the Omnia Classic with a refined modern aesthetic. Featuring clean white powder-coated resonators paired with the traditional Omnia frame, this instrument is designed for performers and studios where both sound and presentation matter.

Built on the same proven platform as the Omnia series, the Studio Edition offers the full five-octave range (C2–C7) with carefully selected Padauk bars tuned to A = 442 Hz. The tone is warm, focused, and resonant—delivering clarity in the upper register and depth throughout the lower octave.

The instrument retains the solid hardwood and reinforced metal Classic frame, providing excellent stability and eliminating unwanted mechanical noise during performance. Adjustable lower octave resonators allow players to refine sustain and response depending on room acoustics or performance settings.

Height adjustment is assisted by pneumatic lift struts with an integrated crank system, allowing the instrument to be easily set between 850 mm and 1050 mm by a single performer.

The white powder-coated resonators provide a clean visual contrast against the Padauk bars, creating a striking stage presence that works beautifully in professional studios, universities, churches, and contemporary performance spaces.

Like all instruments in the Omnia series, the Studio Edition is offered through factory-direct shipment, eliminating traditional distributor markups and allowing Monkman Studios to provide a professional 5-octave marimba at a price point rarely seen in the industry.

Each marimba is built to order, and before shipment a video of the bars being played from low to high is sent for customer approval, ensuring tonal quality before the instrument leaves the factory.

Each marimba is securely packed in two reinforced wooden crates and shipped via sea freight to keep transportation costs manageable.
