Monkman Studios Lesson Guidelines

Thank you for being a part of Monkman Studios! These guidelines help lessons run smoothly and ensure the best experience for every student.


Scheduling & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will be carried forward to the following week or another mutually agreed-upon lesson time.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Please let me know as soon as you are able, and I will do my best to accommodate when possible.

No-Show Policy

If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered completed and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Zoom Lessons

Zoom meeting invitations are sent before each scheduled lesson.

  • Please accept or confirm receipt of the invitation whenever possible.
  • If you do not receive your Zoom invitation, please contact me before your scheduled lesson time so I can resend it.

Technology

Please test your internet connection, camera, microphone, and Zoom before your lesson whenever possible. If technical issues arise, we'll work together to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Arrival Time

Please be ready to begin at your scheduled lesson time. Lessons end at their scheduled time to respect the schedules of all students.

Communication

Email is the primary method of communication for scheduling, lesson updates, and important announcements.

If you have any questions or scheduling conflicts, please don't hesitate to reach out. I always appreciate as much advance notice as possible.
